Reservation/Cancellation Polices
Daycare Reservations
Once you pass the meet and greet trial, there are no reservations required for daycare. Simply drop off and pick up anytime during our business hours for.
Boarding Reservations
We require payment in full at the time of booking for all boarding reservations. We prefer that you drop your dog off for boarding by 12:00 P.M. so they have time to run around and are nice and tired by the end of the day! We also ask that you plan to pick up by 12:00 PM, or there is an additional 25$ daycare charge. We also require a 2 night minimum stay for all major holidays listed below.
- Christmas eve/day
- New Years eve
- Memorial day
- Independence day
- Labor day
- Thanksgiving day
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows: All boarding reservations must be cancelled outside of 14 days prior to your drop off day to receive a full refund. If you cancel within the 14 day time period, you will receive a credit in full for the amount with us for the next time you need to board. All boarding credits must be used for boarding within 2 years of the purchase date, and are non transferable and non refundable. All boarding reservations must be prepaid at the time of booking.
Remember
We fill up quick, so we encourage you to book at least 1 month in advance to guarantee a spot!
You are required to make sure your dogs vaccines are up to date. We will send you a reminder e-mail when you make a boarding reservation regarding which vaccines will be expiring or are expired.
